About Georgi David.
Georgi David is a seasoned People Development trainer, coach & mentor – She has over 20years experience in Human Resources Development, talent management and motivational coaching. Georgi has been fulfilling her passion to help people manage their personal & professional success holistically by improving their skillset, as well as deal with mindset barriers, which altogether form a strong foundation for a successful positive and complete transformation, inwardly and outwardly.
Georgi is co – founder and Principal at Empower4success (E4S). She works with individuals and groups nationally and internationally, (such as government officials, community and educational institutions, young people and families). Participants are empowered to take on life goals or leadership positions by understanding best working practices, life skills and how to improve on personal communication and work relations for best results. Emphasis is on addressing wellbeing, confidence issues and limiting beliefs that form mental barriers to achieving personal or professional success, releasing people to reach full potential. E4S works with local authorities, and partners with government institutions, such as DWP, to support several Job Centre groups within London and surrounding areas.
Georgi has a Masters of Science (MSc) in Human Resources and Leadership Development. She is accredited by the Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development (CIPD), Chartered Management Institute (CMI) and the Institute of Leadership and Management (ILM).
